Because we had unfinished business at Animal Kingdom, and a dining reservation in The Beasts castle at Magic Kingdom at 6.30, we decided to visit two parks in one day. Both were pretty busy but we managed to do everything we wanted.

Notable Events
TRON is usually blue but was turned red today for the launch of a new film starring Jarrod Leto, who was also at Magic Kingdom today. Sadly we did not see him.
Vicky was stopped by security entering Animal Kingdom despite having the reserve bag.
The busier the parks are, the more annoyed by other people we become. At the moment we are most annoyed by people behind you in the queue trying to close the gap to a millimetre. They are invariably Spanish speakers.
The Beasts Castle was a lovely dining experience. Although our waiter, Patrick, had to chase after a couple who appeared not to have paid the bill.
The firework display in front of the castle was insanely busy, to the extent that even I thought it was unsafe. And everyone was getting tetchy. There was a lot of ramming into people with prams and running peoples feet over with the ubiquitous mobility scooters.
Talking of which, people seem to just rent them because they can’t be bothered to walk. We have seen no end of people leaping spritely out of them to go on rides.
We saw the second parade of the night at 10pm and that was much more chilled as a lot of people had exited.
